Dude there was a computer program that simulated the dessert one… and because the school always gave the kindergarteners the newest computers first (i still don’t get it, like ytf is kidpix and turtle paths more important than my obnoxiously long by 10 year old standards essay on racism in colonial-reconstruction era America???) there weren’t enough computers for 5th graders that worked so me and two ther kids were given the actual blocks and the teacher just shrugged and told us to try and make our designs symmetrical but whatever I guess idgaf and I made and alien monster with obnoxious eyebrows and it was lit

although it strays from homestuck’s beloved pixel art style, i’m really enjoying hiveswap, and jack’s playthrough so far is great!
i really enjoyed the intro cutscene with the snake monster chasing joey through the house, plus that music was a real bop!
